Nurturing Leaders Programme (NLP)
The Nurturing Leaders Programme (NLP) at E-Bridge Pre-School is designed to empower educators to grow into confident leaders in early childhood education. The programme focuses on continuous professional development, mentorship, and hands-on experience to help educators unlock their full potentials.
What We Offer:
1. Professional Development: Educators are provided with opportunities to participate in external courses and workshops to further enhance their skills.
2. Mentorship: Get personalised guidance from experienced mentors, with opportunities to mentor others as you progress through the programme.
3. Project-Based Learning: Participate in impactful projects, showcase your work, and collaborate with other educators, children, parents, and the community.
4. Work Attachment: Gain exposure to different teaching strategies and good practices through a two-day work attachment at another E-Bridge or EtonHouse Pre-School.
5. Learning Journeys: Take part in learning journeys focused on self-care and well-being to support personal and professional growth.
Learning Beyond Borders: Study Groups to Italy
We take pride in providing our educators with opportunities that inspire and transform. Through study trips to Reggio Emilia, Italy, our pedagogy team has experienced first-hand the principles of an approach that views children as capable, resourceful, and full of potential. These experiences have shaped how we create meaningful learning environments back home.
