Admission & Fees

We believe every child deserves a head start through high-quality early childhood experiences from infant care, preschool to kindergarten, regardless of background. As an Anchor Operator appointed by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA), we offer affordable and accessible infant care and childcare across Singapore. Families with household incomes of $6,000 and below also receive priority enrolment and additional financial support through the EtonHouse Community Fund (ECF).

Monthly school fees are inclusive of GST, before subsidies.

*The one-time deposit is equivalent to one month’s infant care / childcare fee. It is fully refundable, provided written notice is served upon a minimum of eight calendar weeks prior to withdrawal. For notice given less than eight calendar weeks, only 50% of the deposit will be refunded.


*Eligible families with household income of up to $6,000 are not required to pay a deposit and can receive sponsorship of registration and insurance fees from EtonHouse Community Fund.  


*GST is not applicable for deposits.

Financial Support and Subsidies

E-Bridge Pre-School is an Anchor Operator that provides high quality Infant Care, Pre-Nursery and Kindergarten Programmes for children aged 2 months to 6 years old, guided by the trusted EtonHouse Inquiry.Think.Learn and MOE curriculum frameworks. Apart from providing an exemplary childhood education at affordable fees for children of all backgrounds, enrolled Singapore Citizen children are entitled to government subsidies. Children from lower income families are also eligible for additional subsidies from ECDA and financial support from EtonHouse Community Fund. 

ECDA Infant Care and Childcare Subsidy

The ECDA Infant Care and Child Care subsidy helps reduce monthly preschool fees for eligible Singapore Citizen children. The infant care subsidy and child care support are applied directly to fees, with amounts varying based on employment status and household income. Additional assistance may be available for working parents and lower-income families, helping families manage preschool costs with greater clarity and confidence.

Eligibility Criteria

Basic Subsidy:
All applicants for Singapore Citizen children are entitled to the subsidies, with more subsidies given to working applicants and lower income families.

Additional Subsidy:

Applicants of Singapore Citizen children can receive additional subsidies, above the basic subsidy, if the Applicants of Singapore Citizen children:

(1) work at least 56 hours per month and have gross monthly household income^ up to $12,000 or gross per capita income* up to $3000, or

(2) have gross monthly household income^ of up to $6,000 or per capita income up to $1,500, regardless of the main applicant’s working status.

ECDA Infant Care & Childcare Start-Up Grant

A one-time grant for parents to pay for the initial costs of enrolling their child into an infant or childcare centre.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The child must be a Singapore Citizen.
  • Parents are working at least 56 hours per month or have valid reasons if unable to work.
  • Families with a gross monthly household income of $3,500 and below or per capita income of $875 and below.

Financial Support for Lower Income Families

E-Bridge Pre-School collaborates with EtonHouse Community Fund (ECF) to provide a range of financial support for eligible children whose family’s household income is $6000 and below.

This includes a welcome pack with items (e.g. stationery and uniforms) to help children start with ease, sponsorship of excursions, enrichment and other programmes to ensure all children benefit from a high-quality, enriching experience at E-Bridge Pre-School.
