Our Approach
Image Of Child
Our philosophy, curriculum, environment design, training and recruitment are guided by our ‘Image of child’.
At E-Bridge Pre-school, we view children as:
- Curious
- Communicative
- Capable
- Confident
- Respected
They are at the heart of what we do.

Image Of Educator
Our educators are passionate, lifelong learners who approach each day with curiosity and dedication. They observe children closely, capturing and documenting the authentic voices and ideas of each child to bring their unique perspectives into focus. As reflective practitioners, they thoughtfully plan and facilitate engaging learning experiences, creating environments where exploration thrives.
By making teaching and learning visible, our educators foster a shared journey of discovery that inspires both children and families alike. This commitment to understanding and valuing every child’s voice ensures meaningful, responsive learning experiences that nurture growth and creativity.
Learning Environment
We believe that the environment serves as the third teacher, embodying the philosophy and pedagogy to which our school is committed. Our thoughtfully designed environment fosters exploration, collaboration, and creativity through guided inquiry. Upon entering the classroom, you will encounter meaningful materials and provocations strategically placed to ignite curiosity and facilitate respectful interactions and conversations. Additionally, documentation is elegantly displayed within the classroom and along walkways, underscoring that the child is central to every decision-making process.
We view the environment as the “Third Teacher,” a space designed to spark curiosity and inspire children to explore and construct knowledge. Guided by the belief that children are active, curious learners, we provide natural and meaningful materials that encourage authentic, hands-on exploration. Our thoughtfully arranged spaces are dynamic and adaptable, evolving based on careful observations of each child’s interests and ideas. This responsive environment invites children to engage deeply, fostering a love for learning and a sense of wonder that enriches their growth and development.

Collaboration With families
Parents are children’s first teachers, and school serves as an extension of their home life, bridging learning from school to home. We regard parents as equal partners in their children’s education, recognizing the relationships, cultures, and experiences that are significant to each child. With this belief in mind, we collaborate closely with parents to support children’s learning and development, fostering respectful interactions. Our commitment to parent involvement is reflected in our open-door policy.
