What Makes E-Bridge Pre-School Bukit Panjang Special?
Learning that connects, inspires, and grows.
Singapore’s First E-Bridge Pre-School in a Mall
As the first E-Bridge Pre-School to be located within a shopping mall, our Bukit Panjang centre offers a uniquely vibrant and accessible learning environment. Set against the dynamic backdrop of mall life, children experience a world that is both stimulating and community-connected.
Catering to children aged 18 months to 6 years, our thoughtfully designed curriculum and passionate team create an enriching space where learning happens everywhere—from the classroom to the wider world just beyond our doors.
Beyond the Classroom Walls
Learning at our centre extends far beyond traditional boundaries. Children regularly explore the world around them through meaningful excursions to nearby locations such as Pang Sua Pond, Senja-Cashew Community Club, the supermarket, and the community library—building real-world connections to their learning.
Guided Inquiry Approach
At the heart of our curriculum is a guided inquiry-based approach that encourages children to wonder, investigate, and express their ideas through multiple modes of communication. Embracing the ‘hundred languages of children’, we support diverse ways of learning and expression—nurturing creativity, confidence, and critical thinking skills.
Mindfulness in Practice
Launched in 2024, our centre-wide mindfulness initiative brings emotional well-being into focus. Every class features a dedicated mindfulness corner—equipped with age-appropriate tools that help children regulate emotions, practise self-awareness, and build resilience in a supportive and calming space.
A Multilingual Foundation
We offer a robust Mother Tongue programme in Chinese, Malay, and Tamil, giving children meaningful exposure to language and culture from a young age. These daily interactions help children become confident communicators in our multicultural society.
Global Classroom Programme
In 2024, we proudly partnered with EtonHouse Zhuhai for our Global Classroom Project, themed ‘Our Traditional Culture’. Through shared projects and cross-cultural exchanges, children from both countries celebrated their heritage, promoting respect, understanding, and global citizenship.
Recognised for Excellence
E-Bridge Bukit Panjang is proud to be SPARK-certified and was honoured with the Outstanding Centre for Teaching and Learning Award by ECDA in 2019. We are also recognised under the Health Promotion Board’s Healthy Pre-Schools Accreditation Framework, a testament to our commitment to holistic well-being for children, families, and staff.
Learning Stories

Big Idea: How the World Works Concept: Movement Experience: How Can I Make the Dominoes Move?
In this inquiry-based experience, our children explored movement and cause-and-effect through hands-on discovery with dominoes. The educator introduced the dominoes and shared pictures of different arrangements to spark curiosity and guide their experimentation.
Each child began with five dominoes, arranging them in straight lines and then pushing them down together. Initially, some children used a sweeping motion to knock them over, which led the educator to demonstrate how a gentle push on a single domino could create an exciting chain reaction, introducing the concept of cause and effect.
To deepen the experience, the children worked in pairs to create longer lines and explore circular arrangements. Remarkably, before even seeing examples, the children intuitively began forming circles. “Not all of them should fall over,” observed Zoe, sparking thoughtful discussion about balance and spacing.
The pairs then experimented with stacking dominoes in two- and three-layer towers. Janelle’s group successfully toppled their three-layer tower, and her excitement was evident as she waved her hands joyfully. Although setting up the dominoes was occasionally challenging—especially when arrangements fell partway through—the children showed resilience and kept trying with encouragement.
This experience helped the children understand the relationship between action and consequence, as each gentle push led to a mesmerising cascade of falling dominoes. Carefully placing each domino enhanced their spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills, while working together strengthened their cooperation, patience, and teamwork.
Following this enriching experience, the educator added dominoes to the construction area alongside ramps and other loose materials, inviting the children to explore movement in new and creative ways. This ongoing discovery will continue to nurture their curiosity, critical thinking, and collaborative skills.
Hear From Our Parents
E-Bridge Pre-School (BPP) has a team of dedicated and caring teachers who take very good care of our daughter’s well-being. She often comes out of school with a cute hairstyle, neatly tied by one of her teachers. Our daughter enjoys her time & looks forward to going to school.
Alesha has shown keen interest in learning Mandarin since she attended E-Bridge Pre-School due to the unique bi-lingual curriculum offered. She has picked up basic Chinese words and often attempts to converse in Mandarin. At times, we learn new words from her at home!

My daughter has been attending school at E-Bridge Pre-School Bukit Panjang. The school setup and the teachers have a loving heart to take care of the children. My daughter loves going to school every day and has definitely learnt a lot. A big thank you to the PN team for being so loving and caring towards the children.

Being from an English-speaking household, our daughter, Luella, wasn’t fluent in Mandarin and would be reluctant to engage when we tried to introduce the language to her. At E-Bridge Pre-School she gradually formed a close bond with her Mandarin teacher and looked up to her, often talking about her experiences with her. It took a while but within her first year at the school, she started not only speaking to us in Mandarin randomly but even singing the Mandarin songs she learnt in school! Now, she has improved in her pronunciation of words and would even teach us how to say certain words like ‘skate scooter’ in Mandarin. The bi-lingual curriculum approach has definitely boosted her confidence and attitude towards the language.
