Learning Inspired by Nature and Community
At E-Bridge Pre-School Bartley Beacon, learning extends beyond the classroom walls. Surrounded by the greenery of Bidadari Park and the vibrant community spaces of Bartley, children are encouraged to observe, explore, and make sense of the world around them. Through outdoor experiences and community-inspired projects, our educators guide children to discover connections between nature, people, and their everyday environment. Within our thoughtfully designed learning spaces, curiosity grows naturally: nurturing empathy, imagination, and a lifelong love of learning.
Where Green Spaces Meet Learning Spaces
Located near Bidadari Park, Alkaff Lake, and the scenic Heritage Walk, our centre offers children the chance to explore and learn in a calm, natural setting. The nearby Bidadari Greenway and Green Fingers bring greenery right to the heart of the estate, creating opportunities for daily discoveries and meaningful encounters with nature. These experiences help children build awareness of their surroundings while developing respect for the environment.
A Connected Neighbourhood for Families
Families will appreciate the convenience of the vibrant Market Square next to Woodleigh MRT, with easy access to transport, shops, and community facilities. Just minutes from Bartley MRT, E-Bridge Pre-School Bartley Beacon offers a nurturing learning environment right in the heart of a well-connected and family-friendly estate.

Learning Stories

Learning Story: Mark-Making with String and Paint
In this experience, the children explored mark-making using string and paint in primary colours. They began by feeling the texture of the string—bending, twisting, and manipulating it with curiosity. Guided by questions like “How does it feel?” and “What can we do with the string?”, the children shared their thoughts and ideas.
Next, they turned their attention to the paint. With A4 paper and a piece of string, each child dipped one end into the paint and began experimenting. Some dragged the string across the paper, others dotted or twisted it, while a few gently tapped only the painted tip onto the surface.
This hands-on exploration allowed the children to experiment through trial and error, discovering how different motions created different effects. They chose their own colours and techniques, expressing themselves freely while developing fine motor skills and a foundational understanding of colour and artistic expression.
