Learning Stories
The children embarked on a creative journey inspired by Harold and the Purple Crayon by Crockett Johnson. Just like Harold, who drew his own world, the children explored the Language of Mark Making using chalk, markers, and charcoal on various textured papers.
With curiosity and joy, they experimented with lines, shapes, and patterns. They noticed how each material left a different impression—some bold and defined, others light and smudged. As they drew, their ideas took form, and their voices came alive on paper.
This hands-on experience encouraged the children to express themselves freely, communicate their thoughts, and discover the joy of creating. It was a celebration of imagination, confidence, and the beauty of every unique mark.

Our twin boys joined E-Bridge @ 615B Edgefield Plains since 2019 (PN). They have enjoyed their classes and activities in school, and have developed a strong bond with their class teachers. In particular, we would like to commend the teaching team, especially their class teachers for helping one of our boys to gain confidence and to motivate him in class participation. They have been constantly providing a loving and safe environment for the children too.

It was not easy to enrol Isabelle into E-Bridge, for we actually had to wait for a year or so before we received a call from the centre that there is a vacancy available for Isabelle. It was one of the happiest news that we can receive and we were very glad that it happened.
Isabelle’s first day of school was quite an unforgettable experience. For we were filled with nervousness and anxiety, concerned on how Isabelle would be able to adapt to the school routine and mixing around with other children. We were very blessed that through the helpfulness and experience of the teachers and staff, Isabelle has somehow adapted well and after, slowly gained her enthusiasm to go to school everyday.
Besides that, through the teaching system of E-Bridge after 6 months, we have noticed that Isabelle has made improvements in her communication skills and she was able to better convey her thoughts to us. This significant change has warmed the hearts of our family, which we sincerely appreciated.
