1. Inquiry Based Learning
Inquiry-based learning allows children to be actively engaged in the learning process, promoting the development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills. With a common goal of nurturing a love of learning, this approach values children’s curiosity and their hundred languages. By adopting inquiry-based learning, we provide opportunities for children to make connections with the world around them, developing positive learning dispositions such as perseverance, reflectiveness, and questioning. As they explore, children not only face challenges but also learn to solve problems in diverse environments. This approach fosters confidence and creativity while enhancing social skills, as children learn to share ideas, listen to peers, and work together enthusiastically. Ultimately, children with positive learning qualities are willing to learn from others and are empowered to embrace exploration.
2. Global Classroom:
Through enriching partnerships, such as our collaboration with Eton House in Xuzhou, we expose children to diverse cultures. Interactive projects and virtual exchanges cultivate empathy and a sense of global citizenship.
3. Outdoor Learning Experiences:
We believe in the power of nature and physical activity. Our educators incorporate outdoor elements into lessons, nurturing a love for the environment and making learning engaging and relatable.
4. Bilingual Environment:
We offer Mandarin, Malay, and Tamil lessons with a strong emphasis on cultural appreciation, helping children connect with their heritage and understand diverse backgrounds.
5. Active Parental Collaboration:
We recognise that collaboration between parents and educators is essential for a child’s growth. Our centre hosts events such as Family Day, Children’s Day, and parental workshops, inviting parents to actively participate in their children’s learning experiences.
6. Community Collaborations:
Our partnerships with organisations like the Children’s Cancer Foundation, Singapore Red Cross, National Arts Council, Health Promotion Board, and National Library enrich our curriculum with community-focused activities, promoting early learning, health awareness, and social responsibility.
Learning Stories

Learning Story: Preserving Nature Through Art
As part of our June Holiday Programme, the children took part in a meaningful art session led by Ms. Gladys, Scarlett’s mum. She introduced the Japanese art of pressed flowers, known as Oshibana, showing how wilted flowers can be preserved instead of discarded.
With support from Ms. Gladys and the teachers, the children created bookmarks using templates shaped like butterflies, birds, and cats. They carefully selected from a variety of beautifully preserved flowers and leaves, focusing intently as they arranged their designs.
This hands-on experience nurtured creativity, concentration, and fine motor skills, while deepening the children’s appreciation for nature and its lasting beauty through art.
Hear From Our Parents
Yishun
E-Bridge’s teachers planned a good variety of activities in engaging children in different aspects. Lessons and activities were conducted to achieve certain goals as well as development. Shaun was engaged well in the activities and this provides him a good foundation to move on to primary school.
During Shaun’s preschool education with E-bridge since 18 months, he has been showered with lots of care and concern from his teachers. We sincerely thank the school and teachers in providing him a good environment and education during his years with E-Bridge. Not to forget that this gives us parents an ease of mind that our children are well taken care of while we are at work. We appreciate the professionalism from the educarers and educators. Thank you so much!
