Sabiah Jabar
Centre Leader, E-Bridge Pre-School Tampines North
I have been a Centre Leader at E-Bridge for seven years, drawn to its strong child-centred curriculum that values children as capable, curious learners. Over time, my role evolved from overseeing daily operations to becoming a curriculum leader, fostering professional growth and reflective practices among educators.
E-Bridge’s philosophy on the Image of the Child aligns with my belief that children are active participants in their learning. Collaboration is key—we work alongside children, families, and colleagues, creating a culture of shared learning and support.
For those considering E-Bridge, my advice is to come with an open heart and mind. Be ready to grow, ask questions, and embrace challenges as opportunities to learn. If you are passionate about early childhood education and empowering children, E-Bridge offers a fulfilling journey.
One of my most memorable experiences was when a child, who had not spoken to any adults in school for years, greeted me one morning. That small moment was a powerful reminder of the impact we have as educators.

Jasper Andrew
Senior Pre-School Educator, E-Bridge Pre-School Bukit Batok West
E-Bridge Pre-School Bukit Batok West
I have been with E-Bridge since late 2021, drawn to its Reggio-inspired, inquiry-based approach that fosters exploration and curiosity. The thoughtfully designed learning environment also stood out, inspiring creativity in both educators and children.
As a Senior Preschool Educator, my role involves supporting colleagues in aligning their teaching practices with our philosophy. Through check-ins and meaningful discussions, we exchange ideas and uplift one another, creating a collaborative learning culture. I’m grateful for the opportunity to mentor others, just as I was supported when I first joined.
E-Bridge’s culture of trust and collaboration empowers educators to explore new ideas, fostering creativity and innovation. The generosity of knowledge-sharing among colleagues makes the experience truly fulfilling.
For those considering E-Bridge, my advice is simple: take the leap! This is a place where you’ll grow, be supported, and make a real difference in children’s lives.
One of my most heartwarming experiences has been parents and grandparents of former students reaching out, sharing updates, and expressing their gratitude. These moments reaffirm the lasting impact we have as educators.

Jeeva Chandrasekar
Senior Preschool Educator, Mother Tongue Language (MTL) Department
I have been with E-Bridge Pre-School for three and a half years, drawn to its inquiry-based approach, which aligns perfectly with my educational beliefs and offers a unique learning environment compared to other preschools.
I started as a Tamil teacher, teaching in Tamil, and have grown through mentorship and valuable opportunities. Notably, I participated in the E-Bridge TL exhibition and the REACH conference, showcasing how I integrate cultural values into Tamil lessons. I also contributed to the development of Tamil Readers and have been advising fellow Tamil educators.
At E-Bridge, I transitioned from a teacher-directed to a child-directed approach, embracing collaboration where both teachers and children learn together. This shift in perspective has significantly influenced my teaching style, as I now focus on facilitating and guiding students in their learning process.
For anyone considering E-Bridge, if you’re passionate about teaching Tamil in an inquiry-based setting, I highly recommend joining us.
One of my most memorable moments as a Tamil teacher was seeing children eagerly arrive to class with excitement and smiles. It’s even more rewarding when parents share how their children, who don’t speak Tamil at home, teach them what they’ve learned in class.
