Learning Story: Exploring Shadows Through Play

The children explored shadows by observing how different objects cast shapes on the wall when light shone on them. They noticed that shadows changed size and clarity depending on how close or far the objects were from the light source.

 

Curious, they experimented by moving objects around and observing how the shadows grew bigger, smaller, or sharper. This exploration sparked questions about light and shadow, encouraging them to think about cause and effect.

 

Through this experience, the children developed observation skills, curiosity, and an early understanding of how light works—turning a simple phenomenon into an exciting learning opportunity.

E-bridge has helped ease my concerns on my daughter’s social being before she joins in. The staff are friendly, polite and always keep me updated on my daughter’s progress. Whenever there is an issue to be addressed, staff will be more than willing to help.

We have switch Kate through a few schools, and this is the only school that Kate feels comfortable with, very much because of the dedicated and patient teachers. They are professional in every sense. Emails and reminders are timely and informative.
