4 educators selected for Principal Matters, a unique leadership development programme

We are delighted to share that 4 of our educators from E-Bridge Pre-School have been selected for Principal Matters, a unique leadership development programme to nurture promising pre-school principals in Singapore, a Lien Foundation sponsored leadership development program was launched in April 2016. 

This is a comprehensive program built atop a behavioural competency model specially developed for Singapore’s preschool principals by Korn Ferry Hay Group in collaboration with SEED Institute, Wheelock College, Singapore University of Social Sciences (formerly known as SIM University), Sequoia Group and Korn Ferry Hay Group. It aims to nurture promising preschool principals in Singapore to drive long-term improvement in the sector and the programme consists of bite-sized sessions comprising a 5-day experiential workshop, evening leadership seminars, 12 days overseas learning journey to Boston, facilitated by Wheelock College/Boston University, and mentoring sessions by local ECCE veterans.
